Design
This long and sleek hatchback comes in bold, urban color choices, including Deep Black, White Silver, Great Falls Green, and Cornflower Blue. LED headlights with LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) ensure you’re seen in heavy traffic. Available 18” 5-blade two-toned machined alloy wheels don’t only look sharp — they also improve the already impressive performance standard the Golf GTI is known for.
The interior is bright and uncluttered with available Clark Plaid cloth and leather seating surfaces. Buket-style sports seats support dynamic driving styles and keep you comfortable for the long road ahead. Ambient lighting glows red to match the subtle red accents laced throughout the car’s interior and exterior.
Performance
The 2.0L TSI® engine produces 228 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque. When paired with 7-speed DSG® transmission, the GTI shifts seamlessly using the added convenience of available paddle shifters. Autobahn-tuned sport suspension gives you a smooth, comfortable ride on all terrains.
Five available driving modes include Eco, Comfort, Normal, Sport, and Custom, giving you full control over each and every ride. GTI performance brakes empower you with the confidence you need to take on higher speeds and steep, winding roads.
Safety and Tech
The available Fender® Premium Audio System lets you experience your favorite playlist in superior sound quality via eight speakers and a subwoofer. The VW Car-Net App-Connect connects your smartphone with Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™, or Mirror Link® on the 8” touchscreen display so that you can stay connected no matter where the journey takes you.
