To say my credit is less than perfect is an understatement. I knew it was going to be difficult to get me out of my current vehicle and into something else because of it. My entire experience was done over the phone because I really didn’t think I’d be able to get into a new car and so I didn’t want to waste the gas and an afternoon driving to Amarillo. Pua Crawford took my business completely over the phone which I know had to be a pain, but she did it anyway and helped me get into a 2024 I’d.4! On top of that, her and the dealership stayed after hours waiting for me to drive there to sign the paperwork and leave with the car. The car leasing experience was good, but her energy is great. She’s a very happy person and you can tell she enjoys working with people. I’m very happy that it was her that was available that day because I don’t think there is anyone else up there quite like her. 10/10, she’s an angel!
