Design

Volkswagen has refined all of the details in the 2020 Atlas Cross Sport to give it a bold presence on the road. The 5-seater offers up to 77.8 cu. ft. of cargo space with the rear seats folded down, as well as plenty of legroom for passengers. You can improve the comfortable interior by adding sunshine with the available panoramic sunroof.

Performance

Initially, the 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport will offer a 235-horsepower 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that features 258 lb.-ft. of torque. Later on in the production year, Volkswagen will offer a 276-horsepower 3.6L V6 engine with 266 lb.-ft. of torque and a towing capacity up to 5,000 lbs.

The engines will pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission with either front-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive (AWD). Selecting AWD will provide drivers with 4MOTION® Active Control that allows you to switch between four different drive modes.

Technology and Safety

One of the more intriguing available options is the 10” digital cockpit that provides navigation, vehicle information, and even the altitude you are driving at. The 2020 Atlas Cross Sport will offer an available wireless phone charger as well as a Wi-Fi hotspot to keep you connected on the go. Here are some of the safety features that will be available:
